Surgical Procedures

Extractions

For teeth that cannot be saved.

Bone Grafting

Usually done immediately after an extraction in order to preserve the height and width of the bone for implant placement.

Root canals

For teeth that do not have healthy nerve tissue but are otherwise able to function properly. Back teeth that are subject to heavy biting forces usually need to be crowned or capped after a root canal procedure.

Implants

The most natural and effective way to replace a missing tooth or teeth. They can also be used to retain and stabilize a denture.
